When providing extended special intensive care, we use every necessary device to counter serious organ failure, including cutting-edge ventilation techniques and hemofiltration.

Dr. Drobek easily fit in and became acclimated to the organizational structures of the Endo-Klinik, especially the Institute for Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Transfusion Medicine. He possesses an exemplary bedside manner and demeanor to both medical and nonmedical personnel.

After a short training period, Dr. Drobek was able to independently carry out all in-house anesthesiology procedures to my complete satisfaction. He also reliably and conscientiously executed all the tasks of an assistant physician such as consultation, examination, education, premedication, risk evaluation, determining findings from laboratory and X-ray records, and postoperative pain therapy.

I hereby confirm the completion of all the tasks listed in the anesthesiology catalog that I have also countersigned. Dr. Drobek regularly participated in continuing education at the Institute, sometimes with his own presentations. He worked full shifts in ICU for three months and reliably and conscientiously executed all of the tasks of an assistant physician.

In the context of continued training, he learned how to master mechanical autotransfusion, the evaluation of blood gas analyses and complete laboratory analyses, and the basic elements of thoracic and abdominal X-ray diagnostics. Dr. Drobek was also on-call 3-6 times a month for the night shift.

Unfortunately, I will not have the pleasure of hiring Dr. Drobek since his work with us involved filling in for a physician on parental leave. I would therefore like to wish him all the best and much success in his continued training.
